Man and Woman (mixed media, one of my very earliest works)

"Man and Woman" is a smaller, mixed media work on paper, using graphite pencil, white crayon where I wanted the highlights, then brushed with an ink wash. I made the drawing from a magazine ad, by turning the ad upside down and performing the drawing (the man is a little off, unfortunately). Still, I feel it is pretty good, considering it is one of my very first attempts at drawing! ca. 1992
