Digitally created art using multiple programmes and computers, artist Ronnie Patel has established a style of his own, self named as FLOWART. He is probably the first and the only one to do so. The photographs he transforms, again using multiple computers are also initially photographs taken by him, quite often on the iPhone camera.
He holds the largest collection of Indian Contemporary Art of the late Biren (signature Biren) Choudhury's last seven years of life (2002-2009).
Some of his collection of Biren, as well his own...

This collection represents the last seven years of Biren Choudhury's life till 2009. Born in Assam, he painted from a very young age and settled down in Calcutta, where he taught art in the Art Academy and privately. To eke out a living, he mostly worked commissioned by the gentry on paintings of Hindu Gods & Goddesses, as well as family portraits, but for a pittance and barely scraped a living.
I met him as a private curator of fine arts in 2002 when he told me that he had never been able to paint what he wanted, because he had to constantly worry about his family's next meal and he could only provide that painting what he did.
Not knowing what he was capable of producing, but instantly drawn to his sincerity, I asked him how much he would need every month to sustain his family -- there, too, he seemed honest. I offered him that amount on the one condition that he painted whatever he wanted, as much as he could -- and, I would also buy two paintings a month.
"Biren's work is strikingly different in the Indian Contemporary Art scene; unpretentious it sticks out for its simplicity, yet demonstrates a remarkable sensitivity to subject, colour, composition, rhythm and frame ... well executed."
